James Cook Station Opens

James Cook Station has opened for service on Sunday 18th May. The first Northern Rail service arrived at 08.49 and the local radio station BBC Tees were live as it pulled in. The radio reporter interviewed the first passenger from Middlesbrough to get off at the new station.

During the week there will be a train every hour. The current timetable can be downloaded from Northern Rail’s website http://www.northernrail.org/travel/timetables/794700
